Accounting
Technical
Our accounting technical unit consists of seasoned specialists able to assist clients on a wide variety of accounting requirements. There is increasing complexity in accounting and financial reporting. Proactive anticipation and resolution of issues under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, formerly IAS) is critical for every organisation and for the preservation of transactions.
The team is able to issue formal technical opinions that are used to guide clients' actions and typically presented as part of the client audit file.

Our team is able to clearly assess the impact of the accounting standards on transactions, assisting with the overall transaction structuring. This coupled with deep taxation knowledge can assist a client structuring transactions in the optimal manner.
Compilations
In addition to this we also assist clients with financial statement compilations. We use Draftworx and Caseware software for the compilation of financial statements. We also offer support to listed clients dealing with specific JSE Listing Requirements including the impacts of changes on the operations of the companies.
